With offices worldwide and over 175,000 new developers signing up to use MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Assist in documenting system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Performance, Compensation, ensuring clarity and completeness.</li> <li>Prepare clear and user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams to facilitate efficient system use.</li> <li>Support in gathering and organizing requirements for potential system enhancements, contributing to effective communication of needs to the development team.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, requiring effective communication skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Provide assistance in the development and delivery of training materials for system users.</li> <li>Participate in quality assurance by testing system functionalities and configurations.</li> <li><strong>Rotational Shifts</strong><strong>:</strong> (2 PM - 10 PM IST) and (6 PM - 2 AM IST)</li> </ul> <h3>What we are looking for in you&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Strong interest in HR systems and technology.</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.</li> <li>Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.</li> </ul> <p>MongoDB is at the forefront of the database market, transforming industries and empowering developers to build innovative applications.
