Summary

This role focuses on delivering routine reports, automating processes, and developing operational analytics to support business requirements and improve outcomes. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Job Scope

• Provide routine reports and automate reporting processes to support agency.

• Utilize analytical and visualization tools to extract, transform, integrate, analyze, and visualize large, complex datasets.

• Detect data anomalies, identify trends, and build new data relationships to uncover insights.

• Prepare in-depth analysis, observations, and actionable recommendations for business improvement to Heads of Departments and Senior Management.

• Assist in developing and maintaining analytical data warehouses and visualization dashboards for reporting and analytics.

• Review extracted data and collaborates with process owners to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.

• Perform ad-hoc data extraction and analysis to provide timely insights for management decision-making.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

• Deliver ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Head of Department.

• Analyze complex information and reports to provide accurate insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

Job Specification

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT Data Analytics, Information Management, Applied Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Experience

• Proficient in SQL and MS Excel.

• Prior experience with SAS, Visual Basic, R, and/or Python is an advantage.

• Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
