About The Company
Teleport is Southeast Asia’s leading logistics provider with the region’s largest air logistics network. We offer customisable, next-day delivery solutions from first to last mile, moving large cargo and small parcels for businesses of all sizes, eCommerce marketplaces and forwarders. Faster, cheaper, better. Teleport it.
About the Role

Are you a storyteller who knows how to turn "company updates" into engaging narratives? We’re looking for a creative Internal Communications Executive who can connect the dots, build bridges, and keep our employees informed.

If you are passionate about building community, driving employee engagement, and finding perfect GIFs (or even memes) for announcements, this could be your calling!

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Drive all things internal communications such as townhalls, recognition posts, newsletters, and ad-hoc updates
  • Create content people want to read — taking business updates and turning them into engaging, clear, and human stories that make sense to everyone, not just the department that wrote them.
  • Design collaterals and build presentation decks for internal events
  • Be the guardian of our communication channels
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and projects across the regions to increase productivity, enhance wellbeing and foster an inclusive working culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams — gathering updates, aligning on timing, and making sure messages are consistent, on brand, and delivered in one voice.
  • Shape the Teleport voice — ensuring that whether a message comes from the CEO, a country head, or a team owner, it feels connected, clear, and part of the same story.

The “must-haves” for this role:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing courses, Mass comm, English Language or any related
  • Strong writing and editing skills - able to make any message clear, engaging, and fit for the audience.
  • Creative with a keen eye - Canva and Capcut may be your best friends
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable running the show without needing constant supervision.
  • Able to pivot through tight deadlines and adapt as and when priorities shift.
  • Comfortable working with different teams and seniority
  • Outspoken and comfortable presenting or hosting
  • Bonus: familiar with Google suite and Workvivo
