At Grab's B2G team, you'll shape how we partner with governments to build innovative solutions across Southeast Asia. We combine innovation, strategic thinking, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of public sector needs to turn ideas into products that enhance urban living and improve government operations.

Get to Know the Role

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of B2G products at Grab, including contributing to our pricing strategy. This is your chance to not only make ideas real but also to see the tangible impact of your work by managing an active B2G pipeline, launching POCs, and analyzing data from real-world pilots.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will analyse market data and competitive landscapes to inform optimal pricing models and strategies.
• You will experiment with our cutting edge IOT devices and prototypes, help prepare for pitches and trade events, and dive deep into pilot data to uncover crucial insights and opportunities.
• You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, and business teams to identify critical B2G Product-Market Fit for government use cases.
• You will conduct in-depth competitor research for VisionAI in infrastructure management and beyond, then leverage your creativity to identify high-value, high-conviction ideas where Grab's product stack can make a significant impact for government clients.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You are a curious, hands-on problem solver with an interest in tech and government
• You are a fresh graduate from the fields of Engineering, Computer Science, Public Policy, Business, or similar;
• You are excited about connected devices, visionAI, and emerging tech in a government context; and
• You are comfortable with research, policy analysis, and learning new tools.
