What you will do: 

This internship is designed to provide high school students with positive work experience and valuable training. Under the guidance of a full-time Johnson Controls employee, the intern will assist with general technical duties in areas such as HVAC 

How you will do it: 

  • Assist senior technicians with tasks and learn about HVAC systems 

  • Maintain documentation of work performed and communicate progress to senior technicians. 

  • Follow all safety protocols and attend required safety training. 

 

What we look for: 

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in high school, preferably in the junior or senior year. 

  • Interest in HVAC and building automation technologies. 

  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 

  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
