What you will do: 

We are seeking a Control Engineer Intern to join our team in Indonesia. The intern will assist in the design, implementation, and testing of control systems, focusing on HVAC and building automation systems. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in engineering projects, working closely with experienced engineers and project managers. 

How you will do it: 

  • Support the engineering team in developing control strategies for HVAC systems. 

  • Assist in programming and configuring control systems. 

  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting. 

  • Document engineering processes and maintain accurate records. 

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. 

Learning Outcome from Internship: 

  • Gain technical knowledge of Johnson Controls’ building solutions including HVAC and control systems. 

  • Develop problem-solving skills through real-world engineering challenges. 

  • Build a professional network within the engineering and building solutions industry. 

What we look for: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, or Mechatronics Engineering. 

  • Understanding the basics in control systems and building management technologies. 

  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus. 

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months. 

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. 

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
