Job Responsibilities

* Assist various departments with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects, which may include data analysis, market research, report generation, and administrative support.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
* Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to deepen understanding of banking operations and industry best practices.
* Conduct research and compile information to support departmental initiatives and decision-making processes.
* Prepare presentations, summaries, and other documentation as required.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program from an accredited institution, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong academic record with a keen interest in the financial services industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
