Job Description

Location: Tuas, West of Singapore

Job Description:

Logistics:

    1. Monitor local freight situation & optimize the situation.
    2. Generate picking list for transport arrangement.
    3. Assist with recording transportation information and filing of delivery notes.
    4. Support any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Purchasing:

 

    1. To issue Purchase Order for indirect spend, packaging & trading goods in timely manner
    2. Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.
    3. Communicate to internal stakeholders regarding incoming shipments & price enquiries.
    4. Assist with new vendor application in system.
    5. Support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

  1. Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively in English, both spoken and written.
  2. Preferred Background: Candidates with an engineering or supply chain background are preferred.
