About the Role

As an HR Administrative & Operations Trainee at Körber, you will support the Human Resources team in administrative and operational activities. This internship offers a broad and hands-on experience in Human Resources, combining people administration, payroll support. It is an excellent opportunity to develop both technical HR knowledge and essential professional skills in a structured, international environment.

Your role in our team

You will support the administrative management of employees, including contracts, admissions, terminations, data updates, vacation and absence tracking.
You will assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining physical and digital employee records.
You will support the preparation of documentation required for payroll processing, including variable data and attendance records.s.
You will use HR management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) in your daily work.
You will contribute to ensuring compliance with legal and administrative HR obligations.

Your profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
You have a basic understanding of HR administration, including contracts, vacations, absences, and employee documentation.
You are comfortable using digital tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are detail-oriented, well organized, and committed to meeting deadlines.
You handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
You communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
You are proactive, structured, and motivated to learn.
