Op onze productielocatie in Rotterdam, gevestigd in Rotterdam-Botlek, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar gemotiveerde en talentvolle individuen om deel te nemen aan ons Internship Program - Internal Communication. Het doel is om de interne communicatieplatforms binnen de organisatie te verbeteren, met de focus op SharePoint en narrowcasting. De stagiair zal bijdragen aan het vergroten van zichtbaarheid, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en verkeer naar deze platforms en zal een rapport ontwikkelen met concrete aanbevelingen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Als stagiair ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Inventarisatie van huidige SharePoint‑pagina’s en narrowcastingcontent
• Analyse van gebruikerservaring en verkeer naar ‘The Hub’
• Vergelijking met corporate en divisietemplates en richtlijnen
• Ontwikkeling en implementatie van verbeterde lay‑out en flow van SharePoint‑pagina’s
• Bijwerken van narrowcastingvisuals volgens de brand guidelines
• Interviews met medewerkers over hun informatiebehoeften en voorkeuren
• Ontwikkeling van een communicatieplan om SharePoint te promoten als primaire informatiebron
• Adviesrapport met aanbevelingen voor:
  • Verbeterde contentstructuur en navigatie
  • Verhoogd verkeer en engagement
  • Vermindering van e‑mailcommunicatie door betere platformintegratie

Ervaring en Competenties:

We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een focus op communicatie:

• Affiniteit met digitale communicatie en UX (user experience)
• Kennis van SharePoint en/of bereidheid om dit snel te leren
• Creatief en analytisch denken
• Sterke schrijfvaardigheden en gevoel voor visuele communicatie
• Proactieve houding en zelfstandigheid
• Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels is vereist

• Betaalde stage van 3–6 maanden

• Flexibiliteit met betrekking tot werktijden (maximaal 40 uur/week)

Internship Program -  Internal Communication

Role Overview:

At our Rotterdam production site, located in Rotterdam-Botlek, we are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program -  Internal Communication. The objective is to improve the internal communication platforms within the organization, focusing on SharePoint and narrowcasting. The intern will contribute to increasing visibility, usability, and traffic to these platforms and will develop a report with concrete recommendations.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Intern, you will be responsible for: 

• Inventory of current SharePoint pages and narrowcasting content
• Analysis of user experience and traffic to 'The Hub'
• Comparison with corporate and division templates and guidelines
• Development and implementation of improved layout and flow of SharePoint pages
• Updating narrowcasting visuals according to brand guidelines
• Interviews with employees about their information needs and preferences
• Development of a communication plan to promote SharePoint as a primary source of information
• Advisory report with recommendations for:
  • Improved content structure and navigation
  • Increased traffic and engagement
  • Reduction of email communication through better platform integration

Experience and Competencies: 

We are looking for experienced candidates with focus on communication:  

• Affinity with digital communication and UX (user experience)
• Knowledge of SharePoint and/or willingness to learn quickly
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Strong writing skills and sense of visual communication
• Proactive attitude and independent
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
