Lodging Intern, The American Club

Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Obtain an operational understanding of the Hospitality department the intern is assigned to. Intern will train in all departmental functional positions with the intent of developing skills to a level where the intern will manage the function independently when the appointment manager is not scheduled. Intern may learn financial aspects of the department based upon assignment. There will also be a focus on management skills in order to provide the intern a comprehensive understanding of how to successfully manage a team. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES This position is for a minimum of 12 weeks starting no later than May 18, 2026 and ending no earlier than August 7, 2026. Shifts vary between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, with weekdays and weekends required.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
