About the Role

As our new Learning Design Intern, you’ll help create impactful learning experiences that empower our diverse, international community of team members. Whether it’s designing a sleek e-learning module, co-writing an onboarding guide, or helping organize a photo shoot for a new training – this internship is your chance to put creativity into action.  You’ll work closely with the Learning Designer and the wider People & Culture team to shape the learning experiences of our team members across our 21 locations. You’ll also help bring our brand-new onboarding journey to life, support the rollout of our new learning management system, and explore new formats to make learning fun, inclusive, and unforgettable. Expect to bring your ideas to life and make a real impact on how we help our people grow across Europe.  This internship is perfect for someone who’s curious, creative, and excited about learning, design, and storytelling.
