About The Company
Kia has a long history of making cars, but actually we started making bicycles back in 1944. For over 75 years, we have been putting people on the move. We have proudly delivered solutions that help people move from one location to another, connecting them with each other and bridging physical and emotional distances between them. Movement has always been at the heart of our brand and moving people at the core of our business. We believe movement inspires ideas. That is why we at Kia create the space for you to get inspired, and more time to bring your ideas to life. This is why we exist. Movement is also an important part of our mindset at Kia. It is shared among our nearly 5000 employees in the Region, in all areas of our organization and in our Plant. This agile and can-do attitude is proudly lived across the 14 European subsidiaries we operate in, among colleagues from more than 40 nations. A mindset of moving forward, always striving, and of constant improvement - a growth mindset. This mindset led us to achieve great success such as: becoming certified as Great Place to Work, winning European Car of the Year in 2022 with our EV6 and in 2025, winning the 34th International Van of the Year Award with our first dedicated PBV, PV5. With more than 600,000 units registered in Europe in 2024, we keep on challenging ourselves and improving. We dare to push the boundaries of what’s possible, chasing excellence every day, always knowing that people are the heart of everything we do. We work together to inspire our customers and our colleagues, empowering each other to make progress. So, what are you waiting for? Join us now!
