<p>Oliver Wyman is looking for a to hire a Student Worker to join our HR Operations team in Dubai!</p><p></p><p><b>Job Overview:</b></p><p>To provide administrative support to the IMEA HC Operations team, across of variety of HC operational topics.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive administrative support to HC division to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner. </p></li><li><p>Maintaining internal time off trackers (vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)</p></li><li><p>Issuing employee related certificates and letters</p></li><li><p>Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain records and filing systems</p></li><li><p>Ad hoc HC support tasks</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong command of English (written and verbal)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Attributes:</b></p><ul><li><p>Fast learner, who incorporates feedback quickly and constructively</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and detail-oriented</p></li><li><p>Collaborative team player, but also able to work well independently</p></li><li><p>Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment, both verbally and in writing</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality strictly</p></li><li><p>Positive attitude with a sense of fun - collegial and friendly</p></li><li><p>Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail</p></li><li><p><b>Must be on university or family visa</b></p></li><li><p><b>Should be based in the UAE</b></p></li></ul><br><p> Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a management consulting firm combining deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise to help clients optimize their business, improve operations and accelerate performance.
