Internship Details:

 

  • Duration: 4 months (Summer 2026)
  • Locations: Red Deer 
  • Compensation: $24 - $31 / Hour

What You’ll Learn:

 

  • How digital tools can support agronomic decision making.
  • The ins and outs of BASF’s product line and how it supports sustainable agriculture.
  • Increased agronomic knowledge of canola, cereal and pulse crops.
  • Communication, leadership, and decision-making skills that will serve you in any career path.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage field-scale trials across your territory- confirming and updating agronomic information within our digital platform.
  • Support field tours, events, and product demonstrations within the region from a digital tool perspective.
  • Lead a field-scale project to gain technical insights.
  • Collaborate with BASF teams to grow the business and your skills.
  • Travel within your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • You’re currently enrolled in an agriculture or related degree program.
  • You’re passionate about agriculture, sustainability, and making a difference.
  • You’re a strong communicator, organized, and ready to learn.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and are open to travel.

 

To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. We do not accept applications from students who have already graduated.
