About the Role

Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Material Global Sourcing unterstützt du uns bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Angebots- und Lieferantendaten. Du arbeitest mit SAP, PDM und Windchill und trägst dazu bei, unsere Einkaufsprozesse effizient und transparent zu gestalten.

 

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erstelle eigenständig Angebotsunterlagen aus SAP, PDM und Windchill.
  • Hole Angebote ein und prüfe sie auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit.
  • Stelle die korrekten Einkaufsinfosätze in SAP sicher.
  • Pflege und dokumentiere Lieferantendaten in SAP.
  • Unterstütze bei der Auswertung von Kennzahlen.
  • Erstelle neue Kennzahlen in Excel, Power BI und SAP Analytics.

 

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich oder vergleichbar.
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse erforderlich.
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
  • Affinität und Freude im Umgang mit Zahlen.
  • Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
