Over the course of your internship, you will contribute to publications, educational slide decks, congress planning, and medical information response letters. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Kailera (including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial) in the planning and execution of these deliverables. Interns will have the opportunity to lead a medical communications project, gaining project management and leadership experience over the course of the internship.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Required location: Waltham, MA (hub-based, onsite 3-4 days per week)&nbsp;</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the planning and development of scientific abstracts and posters</li> <li>Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaisons to develop educational slide decks approved for external use</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional congress planning meetings and support the execution of congress deliverables</li> <li>Develop standard and custom response letters to address medical information queries</li> <li>Support medical operations in tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal processes</li> <li>With guidance, lead the development of a medical communications project (for example, a scientific poster or an educational slide deck)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build new connections, and contribute to diverse projects</li> <li>Enthusiasm for contributing to Kailera’s mission and alignment with our core values: courageous, collaborative, compassionate, and committed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree candidates who have completed 2+ years of coursework; candidates who have completed scientific coursework are encouraged to apply</li> <li>Master’s coursework preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-teams="true"><strong>For Internship Roles:</strong> The hourly rate has been determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
