About the Role
<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>The HR/Training Intern-FSD will directly assist the Federal Services Division Training Department with a&nbsp;wide range of projects related to employee files, compliance, training, onboarding, record maintenance,&nbsp;and auditing.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Participates in auditing and updating employee personnel training records.<br>• Assists with the ongoing maintenance and retention of electronic personnel records.<br>• Aids the Training team with any other ongoing projects.<br>• Prepare training-related materials as needed<br>• Attend HR/Training-related meetings<br>• Stocking and maintaining supplies for CSOs to support training and operational readiness<br>• May be required to develop communication pieces, record meeting minutes, research ideas for&nbsp;events, run errands, and do other necessary tasks as assigned.<br>• Will complete at least one major project during the internship.</p> <p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p><strong>Competency</strong></p> <p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies (minimum of 5):</p> <p><em>Competency<br></em></p> <ul> <li>Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; adapt to new product introduction, emergent business needs, and business evolution.</li> <li>Dependability - follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own&nbsp;actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes&nbsp;tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
