What You'll Do In Your Sales Internship:
  • Manage high volumes of communication (calls, emails, messages) to address customer needs and answer their queries promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure high lead and order conversion rates through follow-up and deal closing.
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback gathering.
  • Update internal CRM databases and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
What We're Looking For In A Sales Intern:
  • Matric qualification and a passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Computer literate

Requirements

You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!

Schedule:
  • 8 hours Monday to Friday
