<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Management Intern with a strong AI hardware or software technical background to join our dynamic team. This role will support the management of cutting-edge AI hardware and software projects, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and meet the required technical and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for program management and advanced hardware and software technologies, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.</p>
<p>This role is<strong> </strong>onsite, based out of Santa Clara, Fort Collins, Toronto, or Austin (preferred).</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware design, validation, qualification, and certification processes</li>
<li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Help create project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.</li>
<li>Support risk management activities and help identify potential risks or delays.</li>
<li>Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.</li>
<li>Analyze technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating new AI technologies and tools for potential integration.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and organized project documentation and records.</li>
<li>Contribute to improving processes and methodologies for AI hardware development projects.</li>
<li>Work closely with product teams to ensure hardware aligns with product requirements and specifications.</li>
<li>Support quality assurance efforts to ensure hardware meets performance and reliability standards and specifications.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience & Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pursuing a MS or MBA in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical field</li>
<li>Programming, scripting and web/app development experience</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li>
<li>Exceptional at staying organized and on top of things</li>
<li>Experience and devising metrics, roadmaps, dashboards and preparing presentations is a valuable plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with managing complex project schedules and nurturing cross-group collaboration</li>
<li>Willing to observe, ingest feedback, learn and adapt</li>
<li>Basic understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li>
<li>Experience with AI or machine learning hardware or software development is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Compensation for all interns at Tenstorrent ranges from $50/hr - $70/hr including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.</em></p>
