<b>Overview</b> <br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Utilizing your analytical and interpretive skills on our Operations team, you will work to identify current and future risks to our dynamic environment as well as establish the policies and controls to reduce and/or mitigate them. Your role will involve extensive interaction with colleagues throughout the firm.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">In this role, you will:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="color: #44546a; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Analyze business processes and work flows, noting areas where processes and controls can be improved or implemented to reduce/mitigate risk</span></li><li style="color: #44546a; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Tests effectiveness of controls</span></li><li style="color: #44546a; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Gain exposure to the markets and other areas of the business</span></li><li style="color: #44546a; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Ad-hoc projects as required</span></li></ul><br><b>What we're looking for</b><br><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience with VBA and SQL a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external vendors</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Detail oriented; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience in the financial services industry or completion of finance- or investment-related coursework a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Probability and Statistics background a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0in;"> </p><p style="margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Susquehanna does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or search firms.
