Kami hadir untuk menyediakan layanan bagi kebutuhan saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) yang dapat dipesan melalui aplikasi, kapan saja dan di mana saja dengan mudah.

Uraian Pekerjaan

  • Membantu proses pengadaan barang dan jasa secara administratif.
  • Melakukan input dan update data vendor, Purchase Request (PR), dan Purchase Order (PO).
  • Membantu proses perbandingan harga dan administrasi quotation vendor.
  • Menyiapkan, mengarsipkan, dan merapikan dokumen procurement (PR, PO, invoice, kontrak).
  • Mendukung tugas administrasi tim procurement lainnya.

Kualifikasi

  • Mahasiswa tingkat akhir (sudah selesai skripsi) atau fresh graduate jurusan Manajemen, Akuntansi, Teknik Industri, Supply Chain, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memahami dasar proses procurement/pengadaan atau pengalaman magang menjadi nilai plus.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Excel/GSheet.
  • Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Bersedia menjalani paid internship 3 bulan.
  • Bersedia WFO.
