Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $18.50 per hour
Maximum of $31.00 per hour
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.

In your new role you will:
- Project Support: Assist with product transfer projects and sustaining activities
- Collaboration: Work with the Manager of Sustaining PDE and team members to learn skills and complete tasks
- Data Review: Use software tools to assess device performance during qualification phases
- Report Assistance: Support preparation and interpretation of qualification reports for product transfers
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Education: Pursuing a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of progress toward the degree
- Data Understanding: Ability to identify patterns and trends in product datasets and understand key performance parameters
- Coursework: Exposure to or completion of statistics coursework is preferred
- Communication Skills: Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with JMP software preferred
- Lab Experience: Experience in electronics labs evaluating semiconductor devices or interpreting datasets is helpful
- Work Style: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively
