About the Role
This is a 13-month placement, running from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2027. Applicants must be able to live and work in the UK as a hybrid worker, with regular travel to the Reading HQ. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred degrees include Business Management, Economics, and Marketing-related subjects. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and effective time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A proactive, self-motivated individual who seeks out opportunities to add value. Resourceful and solutions-focused, using initiative to overcome challenges. Someone who takes ownership of their projects and personal development. Preferred—but not essential—degrees: Business Management, Marketing, or Communications-related courses. Plan and deliver large internal events. Support UK&I All Employee Meetings, including visits from global executives. Assist with internal communications, including quarterly business update newsletters. Manage agendas and attendance for weekly extended staff meetings. Support the day-to-day running of the Executive Office and complete ad-hoc tasks as required. Develop a recruitment plan for your successor. Collaborate with external agencies and partner organisations.
