Project Title:

BJT device DOE structures DC/AC & SOA tests summary

Project Objective:

To determine which BJT device DOE parameters can lead to highest Ft/ Fmax & SOA

Project Outcome:

The Intern will be able to put software programming skills and semiconductor device physics knowledge to real world usage

Essential Responsibilities:

  • To write a software program to summarize BJT device DOE structures DC/AC & SOA tests results 

  • To determine which BJT device DOE parameters can lead to highest Ft/ Fmax & SOA

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs. 

Required Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialization in Microelectronics

*This application is for students undertaking a 20-24 week credit-bearing internship from June 2026 onwards.
