What you’ll do:

We are looking for an intern to join our team and support the Promo Strategy area. During the internship, you will assist the Promo Strategy colleagues in the following activities:

Welcome Bonus Management:

• Support the setup and monitoring of Welcome Bonus initiatives.

• Check content, promotions, and bonus consistency across web and app.

• Assist in identifying anomalies and handling escalations

Non-Depositor Customer Activation:

• Help implement standard promotional offers.

• Assist with CRM campaign setup and onboarding flows.

• Support campaign performance analysis and propose optimizations.

Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Monitor key KPIs and contribute to reporting.

• Collaborate with Marketing, BI, CRM, IT, Product, and Customer Care teams

What you’ll bring:

• Current student in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus.

• Motivation to learn and work in a team environment.
