Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will be included in the Talent Acquisition Team based in Milan and will support the team in the following activities:

 

  • Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding)
  • Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs
  • Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities, mainly participating in career days or other academic events
  • Provide general support on the team’s special projects and initiatives

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects
  • Master in HR will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent both in English and Italian
  • Agile mindset and "thinking out of the box" approach
  • Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills
