YOUR JOB AS AN INTERN (m/f/d) GUEST RELATIONS AT ROBINSON

As a Guest Relations intern, you and your team will be the first point of contact for our guests if they have any concerns. In your role as a host, you will ensure that our guests feel completely at home and can enjoy their dream holiday at our clubs. Should any complaints arise, you will act in a solution-oriented manner and exceed guests' expectations with your creative ideas. If your goal is to work with your team to give our guests an unforgettable stay, then Guest Relations is the right place for you!
