DEIN JOB ALS PRAKTIKANT (m/w/d) GUEST RELATION BEI ROBINSON

Als Praktikant/in Guest Relation bist du mit deinem Team erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste, wenn diese etwas auf dem Herzen haben. In deiner Rolle als Gastgeber sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen und ihren Traumurlaub in unseren Clubs genießen können. Sollte es dennoch zu Reklamationen kommen, handelst du lösungsorientiert und übertriffst mit deinen kreativen Ideen die Erwartungen der Gäste. Wenn es dein Ziel ist, zusammen mit deinem Team unseren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten, bist du im Bereich Guest Relation genau richtig! Lerne von den Profis und entwickle dich fachlich und persönlich weiter – ROBINSON bietet dir die optimalen Voraussetzungen dafür!

Durch deine offene und freundliche Art fällt es dir leicht, selbst in angespannten Situationen auf unsere Gäste zuzugehen und ihre Wünsche oder Anregungen mit Professionalität entgegenzunehmen. Dabei überzeugst du mit deiner Natürlichkeit und deinem strahlendem Lächeln und verstehst es, zusammen mit deinem Team Probleme jeglicher Art zu lösen. Die Betreuung unserer Gäste bedeutet für dich jeden Tag eine neue spannende Herausforderung und du genießt es, ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste ist dein oberstes Gebot!
