Position Summary:

The Corporate Advertising team at UHS is looking for motivated professionals to join our cutting edge team and contribute to the project and design support.

 

As a Creative Design Intern you will have the opportunity to work on real-time and meaningful projects, develop your technical skills, collaborate and network with various teams, and receive mentorship. 

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for providing project and design support to the Creative Design team and specific UHS facilities as assigned.
  • Work on projects and learn about: print design, digital design, social media graphics, logo design, template creation, asset management and brand development.
  • Opportunity to work on motion graphics and video creation if applicable.

  • Correspond and collaborate with content writers and creative and digital designers regarding project status updates.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness related to facility specific marketing activities and has professional communication with key facility contacts as needed.

 

 


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a related degree from accredited college or university.
  • Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects and Premiere a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment.
  • Self-motivation, maintaining an interest in advertising and marketing trends and techniques.
