About the Role
<h3>Join our Team as Intern in SHE in Silao, Gto.</h3><p>Join a global leader in innovative air distribution solutions as a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Intern. This paid internship offers practical, hands-on experience supporting our SHE activities while you learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, international environment. You will contribute to maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.</p><h3>Your Impact and Responsibilities</h3><p>As a SHE Intern, you will assist in delivering day-to-day safety, health and environmental tasks and activities. You will gain exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and training delivery. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p>Assisting with safety inspections and workplace risk assessments.</p></li><li><p>Supporting incident reporting and investigation, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Helping to maintain and update SHE documentation, records and permits.</p></li><li><p>Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings and training sessions; supporting development of materials.</p></li><li><p>Supporting environmental monitoring, waste management and sustainability initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Assisting with compliance audits and follow-up on non-conformances.</p></li><li><p>Collecting and analysing basic safety performance data to support continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Supporting the implementation of safety campaigns and employee engagement activities.</p></li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><p>You are a motivated student or recent graduate with an interest in occupational safety, health and environmental management. You are organised, observant and eager to learn in a practical, fast-moving manufacturing or office environment. You enjoy working with people and contributing to a culture of safety.</p><ul><li><p>Enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree in Environmental Health &amp; Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental principles and local regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)</p></li><li><p>Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with colleagues at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, reliable and committed to promoting a positive safety culture.</p></li><li><p>Previous exposure to workplace safety, through placements, projects or part-time work, is an advantage but not essential.</p></li></ul><h4>What You Get at FabricAir</h4><p>As an intern, you will gain practical experience and mentorship within a supportive international company.
