Interns will contribute to initiatives that enhance brand visibility, deepen client engagement, and drive digital innovation across global markets. Through hands-on project work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to strategic marketing functions, students will gain valuable experience in delivering meaningful customer experiences, strengthening internal communications, and optimizing marketing processes and tools.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Support digital and marketing initiatives across areas such as design, product management, analytics, events, and marketing automation.</p></li><li><p>Conduct research on business and industry trends, perform competitive analysis, and share insights to help inform strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Participate in brainstorming and collaboration sessions to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Assist in developing internal communications and content that engage and inform stakeholders across the marketing organization.</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with colleagues across Global Wealth & Asset Management Marketing, digital experience teams, and business partners to support cross-functional collaboration.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design (any type), User Experience, Product Management, Learning and Development, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>A strong communicator with the ability to create clear and engaging content.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Power BI).</p></li><li><p>Curious and proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.</p></li><li><p>Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>When you join our team: </b></p><ul><li><p>We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. </p></li><li><p>We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. </p></li><li><p>As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see. </p></li><li><p>As part of our co-op program, you will gain early access to Manulife John Hancock’s premier early talent program, GRO, tailored to graduating students!
