This is an on-site position located in Carol Stream, IL.
Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Intern is responsible for general Marketing function within the department for AJA’s divisions.
Essential Role Responsibilities
● Follows branding guidelines in terms of sales materials, presentations, web site content, and trade show materials.
● Drafts content for marketing items including sales literature, presentations, emails, brochures, and web site.
● Works with a team to develop materials for company events.
● Assists with content on the company web site for accuracy.
● Works on any additional projects as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Role Qualifications
● Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with internal and external customers by providing information via email, phone, or in person.
● Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative Suite, And Basic HTML (Preferred).
Essential Education & Experience
● Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D (Required).
● Currently pursuing B.A. or B.S. in Marketing/Communications or related field.
● High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests.
