Accounts Receivable Intern

Your Contribution:

The SSC AR Intern is responsible for supporting the implementation of processes and standards within the AR function.

• Support with the management of customer deductions within the DCM (Dispute Case Management) process in key MAHLE entities.
• Support with the reason coding process for open receivables.
• Analyze and improve the performance of cash applications, including impacts related to tax transitory accounts.
• Support activities related to the migration/implementation to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Participate in improvement efforts and projects (e.g. documenting specific requirements from customers).

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (7th semester onwards).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 90%.
• Knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Team work and self-driven, with desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.
• High attention to detail.
