Position Overview:
Accepting applications from Jan 9 through Feb 8. Applicant selection occurs through Mar 8th. The internship will begin on either June 8, or June 15, 2025, and will run for a total of 10 weeks.
Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

As a Cheesecake HRIS Representative Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our HR Systems Services department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a HR Systems Services department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments.
Reporting to the Sr. Analyst, HR Systems Services, you will work with a HR Systems Services team of 12, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the HR function for a $3.6 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,000 staff members.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
- Support daily HR systems operations by triaging service requests, performing basic system transactions, and maintaining data quality.
- Build and refresh recurring reports and dashboards
- Assist with process mapping and SOP development by documenting workflows, identifying pain points, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to initiatives by organizing team and project documents, tracking action items, and shadowing HRSS analysts through project activities.
What we require:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Available to work from the Support Center at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
