This internship offers hands-on experience improving how project data is collected, analyzed, and reported using tools such as Smartsheet and PowerBI. The intern will collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams, gain exposure to real-world pharmaceutical project execution, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that support efficient delivery of therapies to patients.</p> <p>This is an 11-week Summer Internship Program paying $21.00 per hour and requires full-time, onsite work five days per week at the designated location.</p> <p><em>Responsibilities</em></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate existing project metrics and reporting formats to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Develop and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with CMC project needs.</li> <li>Design and document workflows for updated project metrics, including data collection, calculations, reporting, and maintenance.</li> <li>Collaborate with CMC Project Managers and technical leads to identify, consolidate, and validate key project information.</li> <li>Collect, organize, display, and archive project data in a clear and consistent manner.</li> <li>Support the rollout and implementation of the new metrics system across site teams.</li> <li>Train users on processes for managing, maintaining, and interpreting project metrics.</li> <li>Shadow CMC Project Managers and assist with project tracking and coordination activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled student at an accredited university or college, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical/scientific discipline, or a related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated interest in project management, the pharmaceutical industry, or patient-focused work.</li> <li>Interest in learning and applying a variety of laboratory instrumentation and techniques.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting in group settings.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience developing, tracking, or reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Prior project management experience, academic or professional.</li> <li>Experience delivering training or user support.</li> <li>Familiarity with Smartsheet, PowerBI, or related tools such as Excel or Microsoft Project.</li> <li>Strong initiative and interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Wisconsin pay range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$9,240</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$9,240 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Arrowhead provides competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>All applicants must have authorization to work in the US for a company.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://arrowheadpharma.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Arrowhead-California-Applicant-Privacy-Policy.pdf" target="_blank">California Applicant Privacy Policy</a></p></div>
