Arrowhead is leading the field in bringing the promise of RNAi to address diseases outside of the liver, and our clinical pipeline includes disease targets in the liver and lung with a promising pipeline of preclinical candidates.</p> <p>Arrowhead’s corporate headquarters is in Pasadena, CA with research and development teams in Madison, WI &amp; San Diego, CA, and a state of the art manufacturing facility in Verona, WI.&nbsp; Our employees are nimble, science-driven innovators who are collaborating to bring new therapies to patients in need.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <p>The Facilities Intern will support Plant Operations at&nbsp;Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals by contributing to projects focused on improving documentation accessibility, spare parts organization, and maintenance readiness. This internship offers hands-on experience working with facilities systems, documentation, and inventory processes that are critical to timely issue resolution and operational efficiency. The intern will collaborate with facilities team members to streamline how information and materials are stored, accessed, and maintained.</p> <p>This is an 11-week Summer Internship Program paying $21.00 per hour and requires full-time, onsite work five days per week at the designated location.</p> <p><em>Responsibilities</em></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Break down large PDF O&amp;M manuals into smaller, organized documents and store them within newly created folder structures in Procore.</li> <li>Support documentation and inventory of Facilities attic stock, consumable spare parts, and critical spare parts.</li> <li>Assist with the layout, organization, and implementation of parts storage areas.</li> <li>Use tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to perform inventory audits and verify information accuracy.</li> <li>Contribute to data entry of asset information, parts inventory, and related data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li> <li>Work with Facilities team members to improve document organization, searchability, and access to critical maintenance information.</li> <li>Follow established procedures and organizational standards for documentation and inventory management.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled student at an accredited university or college, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific discipline, or a related field.</li> <li>Interest in facilities operations, maintenance, or asset management within an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.</li> <li>Strong skills in logical organization, layout, and documentation structure.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting in group settings.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat.</li> <li>Familiarity with Facilities Maintenance concepts.</li> <li>Understanding of or exposure to a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Wisconsin pay range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$9,240</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$9,240 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Arrowhead provides competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>All applicants must have authorization to work in the US for a company.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://arrowheadpharma.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Arrowhead-California-Applicant-Privacy-Policy.pdf" target="_blank">California Applicant Privacy Policy</a></p></div>
