About the Role

Fincons Academy è l’IT Business School di Fincons Group che ha come obiettivo la formazione di figure professionali da inserire nell’organico aziendale presso una delle sedi del Gruppo. I percorsi formativi retribuiti vengono proposti a laureandi e neolaureati che vogliono intraprendere una carriera nel mondo digitale e informatico.

Durante l’anno Fincons propone diverse Academy sia in ambito tecnico, per l’approfondimento di tecnologie quali, ad esempio, Cloud, Big Data, Data&Analytics, ERP, Business Intelligence, AI, Machine Learning, sia in ambito funzionale, per la gestione dei processi aziendali e di business legati al mondo IT.

L’Academy è rivolta a laureandi e laureati in discipline STEM ed economiche. Il percorso di selezione prevede, dopo la valutazione positiva del CV, un colloquio motivazionale e uno tecnico. Si struttura in un corso teorico della durata di 4/6 settimane, in presenza e/o online, e un periodo di training on the job. Durante questo periodo i partecipanti saranno affiancati costantemente da manager e professionisti Fincons e lavoreranno su progetti innovativi con clienti leader di settore in tutto il mondo.

Le Academy si svolgono dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 18:00.
