Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</span></em></p></br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><p style="margin: 0px;">Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.</p><ul><li>Complete assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor, including assisting patient with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.</li><li>Observe patient status and responses. Document and report observations to preceptor or other appropriate staff.</li><li>Assist preceptor with development of care plan by reporting test results and patient observations.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned, including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services.</li></ul></br><h3>Requirements </h3><p style="margin: 0px;">Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p><ul><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
