Internship Description 
 

This internship is a full-time, unpaid opportunity in our Prague Capability Hub, with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in one of the top 5 FMCG companies in the world. You will work on real business projects and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities. 

 
As an intern you'll get the chance to experience the “real life” business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas of the business and building your own reputation. With the right focus and attitude, the internship can lead to a long-lasting career with AB InBev. 

Depending on your skills, you'll have a chance to join either the Legal and Compliance team or the Data Privacy team.

What will you be doing as a Legal & Compliance Intern

  •  Supporting the team in their day-to-day legal & compliance tasks.

  • Assistance in tracking and monitoring specific projects.

  • Support in and communicating with business partners.

  • Standardizing and designing processes in order to reach maximum efficiency. 

  • Supporting corporate governance agenda.

What will you be doing as a Data Privacy Intern

  •  Research support: Assist in regulatory research and stay updated on evolving data protection trends 

  •  Policy and procedure review: Assist in the review and update of internal data privacy policies and procedures. 

  • Training assistance: Help develop and deliver data privacy training materials and presentations for employees 

  • Auditing Support: Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with data privacy standards and practices. 

  • Incident response: Support the team in investigating and documenting potential breach or incidents 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, IT, Marketing, people and other departments on data privacy related tasks and initiatives 

  • Documentation: Help maintain records of data processing activities, DPIA and other relevant documentation.    

Internship Duration 
 

The duration of the internship can range from 3 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability. 

 

Learning Opportunities 

 

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation. 

 

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback. 

 

10% of your learning will come from formal trainings, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev.

Internship Requirements 

  • Currently a Student at University or recently graduated. 

  • Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship.  Fluency in English

  • Other European languages like German, French or Dutch are good to have. 

  • Background in Law is of advantage but not a must. 

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

  • Eagerness to learn, curiosity, resilience, proactiveness, adaptability.

  • Team player.
