We were meant to fly. <br><br>As Intern - Production Planner you will support the coordination and expedition of parts according to Customer's needs.<p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b><u>Essential Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Learn how to engage with internal customers and how to understand and define their requirements</p></li><li><p>Assist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floor</p></li><li><p>Support the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecasts</p></li><li><p>Help to communicate induction plans to the shop floor team</p></li><li><p>Assist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approaches</p></li><li><p>Provide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as needed</p></li><li><p>Support the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delays</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basis</p></li><li><p>Work cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirements</p></li><li><p>Maintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operations</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Qualifications</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Management or Industrial Engineering</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of MS Office</p></li><li><p>Able to work in team</p></li><li><p>Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn</p></li><li><p>Good oral and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent Italian and English both oral and written</p></li><li><p>Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Desired Characteristics</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of SAP</p></li><li><p>Ability to analyze and resolve problems</p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset</p></li><li><p>Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Inclusion & Diversity</b></p><p>Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
