Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Internship program has been established to assist management in identifying talent for their entry-level professional positions within the Pinnacle Bancorp banks.  In addition, the program is designed to permit an intern to absorb a wide range of banking activities to become fully familiarized with the total operation of a bank in a relatively short period of time. The program goals are to educate, develop and identify talented professionals for both local and regional branches.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Responsible for learning teller, new accounts and general sales functions of the bank’s products.
  2. Completes special projects as assigned by management.
  3. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  4. Regular and reliable attendance.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Maintains above a 3.0 GPA.
  • Skill in communicating with co-workers, customers, and management in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Skill in problem solving.
  • Skill to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work within strict time constraints and a handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to function as a team player.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Majoring in any of these fields; Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Agriculture, or Ag Business
