As Connected Drive & BMW Service Inclusive Scholar you will responsible to work hands-on with activating and managing digital packages in SAP and CRM, reviewing customer cases linked to the BMW/MINI app, and coordinating key reports for data-driven decision making using Power BI. In addition will support monthly invoicing processes for dealers, monitor performance indicators across various services, and communicate with dealers to ensure the proper supply and invoicing of vehicle accessories and tires. What awaits you? 

  • Activate BSI/UCSI packages in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Review and follow up on customer cases linked to the BMW/MINI app.
  • Monitor vehicle digital linkage and update data sources weekly for Power BI reports.
  • Generate weekly teleservices and CCR linkage reports.
  • Support monthly invoicing of BSI/UCSI packages to dealers.
  • Coordinate monthly data uploads for manual markets (AG).
  • Generate and monitor KPIs for PSv, WVR, CCR-Service, and Retail.
  • Assign reward points for activations.
  • Analyze dealer tire inventory monthly and invoice based on customer demand.
  • Communicate monthly with dealers about vehicle accessories invoicing.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from January to December 2026, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
