Parts & Accessories Scholar

BMW Mexico

As Parts and Accessories Scholar you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance and trends of accessories and high-moving products, while identifying potential growth areas. In this role, you will manage the electronic catalog for accessories and lifestyle products in the MX and IM markets, as well as support the tracking of tires, lifestyle products, Recompensas Rewards, and the Loaners Program. Moreover, you will assist with the creation of materials, pricing, and availability of parts at both the Regional and Central Distribution Centers. Your responsibilities will also include providing reports on the regional market, dealer and importer sales fulfillment, and gross profit tracking. Additionally, you will manage key performance indicators such as Dealer Ranking, Bonus achievement, and the Customer Support Dashboard, alongside preparing BI wholesale and EBM/ECM reports to support business insights.

 

What awaits you?

  • Analyze and report on the performance and trends of accessories and high-moving products, identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in managing the electronic catalog for accessories and lifestyle products in the MX and IM markets.
  • Support the tracking of inventory and special programs such as tires, lifestyle products, Recompensas Rewards, and the Loaners Program.
  • Help with the creation of materials, pricing, and availability of parts at the Regional and Central Distribution Centers.
  • Prepare reports on the regional market, dealer and importer sales fulfillment, and gross profit tracking.
  • Participate in managing key performance indicators, including Dealer Ranking, bonus achievements, and the Customer Support Dashboard.
  • Support the preparation of business intelligence (BI) reports for wholesale sales and sales management (EBM/ECM).

 

What should you bring along?

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from January to December 2026, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
