Position overview:

As a  Business Intelligence Intern, you will have a key role in developing our data-driven mindset and supporting diverse business-related strategies as well as help in the data architecture of the company and develop new automations/dashboards to give business scalability to the company.

As an intern you will assist in BI, Automation and data engeneering projects as well as learn about the tools and technologies that we commonly use in the area/company.
 

1-2 per week in the office (Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro or Brooklin Novo, São Paulo)

Qualifications:

Soft skills and educational requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration are preferred) - Graduation forecast: June 2026 or December 2026;
• Fluent English is a must have. Spanish is a plus;
• Business oriented mindset;
• Ability to work independently, with ownership of the area and orienting other members of the area;
• Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
• Ability to handle confidential information;
• Good communication skills.

Hard Skills & Knowledge:

• Must have on tools:

  • Excel - Intermediate level;
  • SQL or other programming language – begginer level;

• Not mandatory but you'll win extra points if you have any of them:
  • Power BI and/or other power platform apps; Azure; SharePoint; Python; knowledge in API Requests or relational models or datawarehouses, any data engeneering tool...

• Develop analytical dashboards in Power BI to diverse areas;
• Develop automations to gain business scalability such as review internal procedures with VBA, Python, Power automate or any other tool;
• Extraction, transform and Load routines, develop our OLAP environment and data warehouse;
• Develop Queries and lookout on the OLTP environment;
• Contribute to the organizational strategic planning once you shall be a focus point of data-driven information;
• Develop presentations and analysis to support our front and back office members;
• Be a focal point for Operational teams with our CRM, automations and dashboards.
