Apprentice Program Summary
An apprenticeship is on the job training, designed to help apprentice develop their skills and achieve a nationally recognized standard. Apprentices get opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop skills including communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism & work ethics
Job Role
Retail Trainee Associate
Eligibility
- Only Freshers are eligible.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum education qualification – 12th/Diploma for 6 months Apprenticeship / graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship
- Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card
Program Framework
- 6 month & 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with on-the-job training for 12th completed and graduate freshers respectively
- 9 hours (including 1hour break) per day and 5 days working
- Online Assessment at the end of the Apprenticeship Program
- Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful completion of the program
Scope of Training
- Providing legendary customer service to all customers
- Creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Apprentice is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
