About the Role
<div>Join our team as a <strong>Supply Chain Intern </strong>and gain hands-on experience in logistics and compliance operations. You’ll assist with transport management, document handling, and compliance processes, all while learning the ins and outs of supply chain and operations.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>- <u>Transport Support:</u> Assist in tracking shipments, ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining accurate logistics reports. Collaborate with the team to address any transport-related issues.<br>- <u>Document Handling:</u> Help manage incoming and outgoing documents with service providers, and coordinate courier services.<br>- <u>Compliance Assistance:</u> Support compliance tasks, including follow-ups with ICC, DTI-BPS, NTC, and BPI. Assist in inspections and ensure all regulatory standards are met.<br>- <u>Claims Monitoring:</u> Track the progress of marine insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies.<br>- <u>Billing & Records:</u> Assist with managing supplier billing, document receipt, and safe record-keeping.</div><div><br><strong>Skills You'll Develop:</strong><br>- Data analysis for logistics decision-making<br>- Practical understanding of regulatory compliance<br>- Effective document management and reporting techniques</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Work Setup:</strong><br>- This role is fully on-site from Mondays to Fridays at our office in BGC, Taguig. However, the team is open to candidates who can commit to at least 3 days on-site per week.</div>
