About the Role
- Assist the IT team with day-to-day operational tasks and projects.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for users.
- Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned, providing support as needed.
- Learn and apply best practices related to IT support and data management.
- Engage with team members to gain practical knowledge in various areas of IT.
- IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
- Strong foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
- Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
- Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
- Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
- Familiar with and responsive to modern technologies, including AI tools
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
