Position Overview:

At ID Logistics, our Engineering Internship program offers an exceptional opportunity for students to transform academic knowledge into real-world, impactful solutions within the supply chain industry. This dynamic program is designed to broaden your understanding through hands-on projects, strategic problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Work Location: This is an on-site role in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

Term: This would be for Spring or Summer 2026

Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm - Part Time as needed.

Work Travel: Less than 10% domestic travel.

  • Engage in Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in operational observations, process mapping, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and work instruction creation while collaborating with various departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure Excellence: Uphold corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidates must be a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
  • Must have at least one prior internship in a similar industry 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline
  • Enrolled in an Engineering graduate program 
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing or a similar industry
