Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Step into the innovative world of semiconductor technology by joining our team as an intern in March 2026.
- Hardware & software setup: Set up hardware and software for a memory characterization bench
- Program development: Creation of a characterization program for non-volatile memories
- Device testing: Performing measurements of non-volatile memory devices
- Performance analysis: Responsible for systematic studies of the performance and interactions of the read and write operations
- Statistical analysis: Development of analysis routines for evaluation of characterization results
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We’re looking for a motivated student with strong programming abilities, a passion for precision, and a keen interest in electrical measurements and semiconductor technology. If you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate, we can’t wait to hear from you!
- Study field: Currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar
- Skills: Good programming skills (Python, etc.)
- Experience: Demonstrate knowledge in the field of electrical measurements and measurement automation
- Expertise: Expertise in mixed-signal design and characterization of semiconductor devices
- Interests: Already gained knowledge about memory devices
- Language skills: Fluent communication in English
